❌Loose joystick ❌Damaged joystick ❌Not sensitive
What are the main drawbacks of the original joystick (carbon film / MR)?
1. Stick drift (most common)
(Symptom: When the stick is centered, the screen moves on its own, the character walks automatically, and the view rotates slowly.
Cause: The original components are carbon film potentiometers / MR magnetic resistors, which operate by the friction of metal brushes against the carbon film; long-term use leads to wear, dust accumulation, and oxidation by hand sweat, causing the center resistance to shift and resulting in drift.)
2. Short lifespan, prone to "early failure"
(Under normal heavy usage, drift begins after 3-12 months, and about 37% of controllers will have problems within 18 months.
After the carbon film is worn out, it is basically impossible to repair; only the assembly or the entire controller can be replaced.)
3. Decreased precision, inaccurate return to center
(After wear, the center point becomes inaccurate, the return is off, small operations become unstable, and FPS aiming, racing fine-tuning, and fighting micro-operations are affected.)
4. Afraid of dust and hand sweat
(Dust, fibers, and metal debris entering the interior can interfere with the sensors, causing drift to recur repeatedly. Cleaning can only temporarily alleviate the problem.)
After replacing our hall/tmr joystick, you will immediately notice the intuitive changes.
❌ No more drifting, no need for automatic movement / changing the viewing angle
❌ No need for frequent cleaning, no more aggravation from getting more unstable over time
✅ Extended lifespan
✅ Softer feel, more accurate return, stable fine-tuning
✅ Improved precision, better shooting / racing experience
How to choose between Hall and TMR?
Hall (Regular Hall): Affordable, durable, completely drift-proof; high， suitable for most players.
TMR (Tunnel Magnetic Resonance): An upgraded version of Hall, with higher accuracy, a feel closer to the original, and more stable fine-tuning; more suitable for FPS / competitive players, but slightly more expensive.

🌟TMR Joystick Core Advantages
✔️TMR Technology: Advanced Tunneling Magneto Resistive (TMR) technology is utilized to provide better performance and lower power consumption, ensuring precise control and extended lifespan.
✔️Ultra-low power consumption: Adopting customized low-power TMR chip, the power consumption of a single chip is as low as 200μA, with zero jitter and delay of the joystick for quicker response.
✔️HIGH RESOLUTION: With extremely high resolution, it ensures that every subtle operation is accurately communicated.
✔️Linear Response: The output voltage produces a linear response within the specified range, with precise operation and true feedback.
✔️HIGH DURABILITY: Rigorously tested to ensure stability in a variety of extreme conditions.
High-Precision Non-Contact Magnetic Sensing Principle
The TMR joystick operates on a high-precision non-contact magnetic sensing principle, where a magnet induces a contactless magnetic field between two TMR sensors. The algorithm employs 12-bit high-precision digital processing.
Completely upgraded

Widely Application
Help to solve the problem caused by Joysticks:Drifting/Damaged Joysticks/Loosed Joysticks/Rattles and delays.
TMR joystick has the advantages ofsmall error and sensitive response
1.Low Power Consumption
2.High Precision and Fast Response TransmitS ignal More Accurately
3.Good Temperature Stability AndHigh Resolution
High-Precision Non-Contact Magnetic Sensing Principle
The TMR joystick operates on a high-precision non-contact magnetic sensing principle, where a magnet induces a contactless magnetic field between two TMR sensors. The algorithm employs 12-bit high-precision digital processing.
5 million cycles of rotational endurance
Eliminates jitter. Rock-solid stability. High return rate. High resolution.
The TMR joystick excels in power consumption control, with operating current as low as 200μA per unit (2PCS). In terms of precision, its return accuracy consistently achieves below 3% in practical testing. Particularly noteworthy is its exceptionally long mechanical lifespan, capable of withstanding up to 5 million cycles.
Power consumption decreases linearly.
The TMR joystick excels in temperature stability. It supports flexible software-based calibration of the center point and features an extremely minimal dead zone. Thanks to its contactless magnetic induction operating principle, the TMR joystick completely eliminates physical wear and the resulting output drift issues.
UPGRADE PS5 TMR JOYRSTICK
For joystick ps5 structure is the same as the Hall joystick and supports all types of handle power supply voltages (1.6V-5V)

About Joystick Calibration:
After replacing the joysticks, run joystick calibration as the ways below (Before calibration and testing, please install the controller cases and screws.):
For PS4 DualShock 4 and PS5 DualSense controllers, after replacing the joysticks, you can use the third-party open-source calibration tool at https://dualshock-tools.github.io to calibrate the joysticks.
